My weight loss goals
Well tomorrow(April 28, 2008), I am starting my weight loss. Thankfully I am not going to be doing this alone. My sister, Barb, and my best friend Kathy are going to be doing the same thing. We have come up with a plan to help us motivate ourselves and each other. And I know that with the help of these 2 wonderful people I can do this. WE CAN DO THIS!!
I, being the heavier one of the 3 of us, is looking to lose the most weight. So I am going to have the biggest struggle. But I know that all I have to do is set my mind to it, and I can do it. My goal is to lose at least 75lbs if not 100lbs. I not only need to do this for my health, but I want to look good again, as well as be able to run around and play with my kids when they are outside playing. My daughter is going to be 2 at the end of June, and she is already so active now, that it is hard for me to keep up with her. That and I have so many back problems, just trying to lift her, and I know that it is because of my weight.
So I am going to be keeping my blogs up to date so that if anyone feels the need to help motivate me, feel freee too. I will take all the motivation I can get.
