Week One
Well today marked week one of my weight loss endeavors. To date, I have losst 4 pounds. I had actually lost 7 pounds last week, but somehow managed to put 3 of those 7 pounds back on. YUCK!!!
But as far as my pepsi intake, I have cut back drastically. I used to drink like 10+ cans of pepsi a day. I am down to only 2 maybe 3 a day. I have been drinking alot more water and ice tea. Which that for me has been the hardest part of this whole endeavor that I am taking on.
I also have been watching what I eat as well, especially when I eat. It was nothing for me to sit at the computer at night, and do nothing but snack the whole time. Now I have made myself stop eating ANYTHING past 9 or 9:30pm. And so far, I have been doing good.
