Week Two
Well here it is week 2 and I have lost anotheer 2 pounds. Which brings my total weight loss to 6 pounds in 2 weeks. YEAH!!! Don’t ask me what I am doing, because I sure couldn’t tell you. But whatever it is, IT’S WORKING!!!! I do know that a big part of my weight loss has to do with the amount of pop that I have NOT been drinking in the last 2 weeks. I am usually only drinking maybe 2-3 cans a day during the week. But I have that my downfall is on the weekends. Especially if I am home during the day, I find that I am drinking like 7-8 cans of pop in a day. And that is not helping me any. But it is still better then what I used to drink in a day’s time. So any little bit is helping I guess.
Well my other two partners in this weight loss challenge have both lost weight this past week as well. So we are all doing very good. I am going to try to stick to this a little bit better this week and upcoming weeks. I need to lose this weight so that I can be active again with my children. I don’t like myself being this heavy at all. It’s hard to fit into clothes, and I am just not happy at all. I’ll check in again next week.
